Is there a free app to help my parent remember their medications?
Yes. In Hammock365, medication reminders are free forever. You add each medicine with its dose and times, and it shows on your parent's screen with an I took it button. How to set up a pill reminder for Mom or Dad
- 1On your home screen, tap Medications, then the plus.
- 2Add the name, the dose, how often, and the time: once, twice or three times a day, or as needed.
- 3Turn on Remind me on my phone.
- 4It lands on her checklist. She taps I took it, or anyone in the family can mark it taken.

In the store app, with notifications allowed, the reminder pops up on her phone at dose time. In the browser nothing pops up. The medicine that is due shows on her screen when she opens it. For a parent who needs a nudge at the right moment, the store app is the better fit. If your dad forgets his pills, start there.
The honest limit
Hammock365 reminds. It does not dispense pills or know whether she took them unless someone taps I took it. It is not medical advice: questions about doses, timing or interactions go to her doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 911.
