The rules, in plain words.
- It says “Shared by,” never “endorsed by” or “monitored by.”
- Hammock365 is not an emergency service, and every screen says so.
- You never see a family’s information. Nothing about their account goes to you unless they choose to share it.
- No money changes hands in either direction. No referral fee, no revenue share.
- You clear your own advertising rules. Medicare agents check with their plan compliance, attorneys with their state bar.

What does it cost the family?
Nothing. The daily check-in, the text when it is missed, the emergency card and medication reminders are free forever with no card. One paid plan, $14.99 a month, adds the whole-family features. The price is the same whether or not they came through a partner.
What do I have to do?
Click Get your code and fill in one form: your business name, the phone families should call, one line about what you do, the kind of work you do, your logo, and the code you want. Ryan reviews it himself, usually within one business day, and your link, your QR code and a one-page flyer arrive by email, all with your name on them. Hand them out. That is the whole job.
Does it cost anything, ever?
No, and it never pays you anything either. No referral fee, no revenue share, no gifts, in either direction. It is free advertising, and it is not an endorsement of you by Hammock365 or of Hammock365 by you. The partner terms say so in plain words.
How do I know it is working?
Once five or more families have signed up through your code, you get a monthly note with counts only: how many families you shared it with are using it, and how many checked in this week. Never names, never details.
Can a family that installed from the App Store still be counted?
Yes. The store app cannot carry your link, so the flyer and the landing page tell them to enter your code when they sign up. They also have 30 days to add it in Settings.
