Partner terms.
Version 2026-09-12
Written in plain words on purpose. This is the agreement between you and Riggins Strategic Solutions, LLC (Hammock365) when you ask for a partner code, and it is binding. The two ideas that matter most: no money moves in either direction, ever, and it is not an endorsement in either direction.
If you sell Medicare or insurance, practice law, or run a Medicare-certified provider, read section 7 before you apply.
1. What the program is
You, the partner, get a code, a link, a QR code and a one-page flyer with your business name on them. A family that signs up for Hammock365 through them sees “Shared by [your business]” with your logo on their screens, plus a Call button that rings the phone number you gave us. That is the whole program. It is a way for you to hand something useful to a family with your name on it.
2. No money, ever, in either direction
We never pay you. No referral fee, no revenue share, no commission, no bonus, no gift, no credit, and nothing else of value, for any family who signs up through your code or for anything else connected to this program.
You never pay us. No listing fee, no placement fee, no subscription, and nothing else of value, to be in the program, to keep your code, or to be shown to families.
Families pay the same price no matter how they came in. The free plan is free forever, with no card. The one paid plan is $14.99 a month whether or not they came through a partner. You get no part of it.
Nobody is required to send anyone anywhere. You are not asked to send families to Hammock365, and Hammock365 does not send families to you. If anyone offers or asks for payment connected to this program, the program ends for that partner on the spot.
3. Not an endorsement, in either direction
“Shared by” means exactly that: you chose to share the app with the families you serve. It does not mean Hammock365 or Riggins Strategic Solutions, LLC endorses, recommends, certifies, vets, ranks or vouches for you, your business or your services. It does not mean you endorse Hammock365.
Neither of us will say or imply otherwise. Words like “endorsed by,” “recommended by,” “approved by,” “certified by,” “partnered with,” “powered by” or “monitored by” do not describe this program and neither of us will use them about the other.
What you may say: “[Your business] shares Hammock365 with the families we serve.” That is true, and it is enough.
4. What you may and may not say about the app
You may describe Hammock365 as the free daily check-in app for families looking after a parent, and use the words on our site and on the flyer we give you.
- You may not call it an emergency service, a medical alert system, medical care, monitoring, supervision, a care record, or a service you provide.
- You may not imply that you see any family’s information, check-ins or medications. You do not.
- You may not change the wording of the flyer or the landing page. Adding your own contact block or business card is fine.
5. Families’ information stays with the family
Families are Hammock365 users under the Hammock365 Terms and Privacy Policy, not yours. You never receive their information from us: not names, not who signed up, not check-ins, not medications, not messages. Nothing about a family’s account goes to you unless the family chooses to tell you.
Once five or more families have signed up through your code, we may send you a monthly note with counts only: how many families you shared it with are using the app and how many checked in that week. Counts, never names or details.
A family can remove your code from their account within 30 days of signing up, and can stop using the app at any time. Neither of those is anything to do with you, and we will not tell you when it happens.
6. Your name and logo
They stay yours. You give Riggins Strategic Solutions, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to show your business name, logo, phone number and one-line description in the Hammock365 app, on your landing page, on your QR code and flyer, and in the emails about your request, for as long as your code is active. We will not use them in advertising without asking you first. You confirm you have the right to give this permission.
7. Your own rules are yours
You are responsible for your own licensing, advertising, referral and compliance rules: your employer’s or franchise’s, your state bar’s if you are an attorney, CMS’s and your carriers’ if you sell Medicare or other insurance, your corporate office’s if you run a community, your leadership’s if you are a church or community group. If those rules require a disclosure, an approval or different wording, get it before you apply. We cannot give you legal advice about them, and approving your request is not a statement that you are allowed to take part.
8. Either of us can stop at any time
We can decline a request, pause or remove a code, or end the program, at any time and for any reason, without notice, including if the wording in sections 3 and 4 is not followed. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing support@hammock365.com, and we turn your code off within a few business days.
When a code ends, your name and logo come off the family screens, the landing page, the QR link and the flyer. Families keep the app exactly as it was, with nothing lost.
9. No promises
We do not promise that any family will sign up, that the app will always be available, or that any feature, price or plan will stay the same. The app and the program are provided as they are. Hammock365 is not an emergency service; nothing in it replaces a phone call, a caregiver, a doctor or 911.
10. Responsibility
We are not each other’s agent, employee, legal partner or joint venturer, and neither of us can make promises, sign anything or take on any obligation for the other. Each of us is responsible for our own statements, staff and conduct, and each of us will handle claims that come from our own breach of these terms.
Because no money moves under this program, neither side owes the other anything for lost profits or indirect losses, and the total liability of Riggins Strategic Solutions, LLC to you under this program is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Changes, law, and who we are
We may update these terms. When we do, the version date at the top changes and we email every active partner. Keeping your code active after that is acceptance of the new version. North Carolina law governs this agreement, and the state and federal courts in Guilford County, North Carolina, have jurisdiction over it.
Hammock365 is built and run by Riggins Strategic Solutions, LLC, Greensboro, North Carolina. It is a software product and does not provide real estate, legal, medical or financial services. Ryan Riggins, its developer, is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker; that license has nothing to do with this program, and no real estate service is offered or implied by it.
