What happens if Mom doesn't tap her check-in?
The time you pick is the deadline. If Mom has not tapped her I'm Okay button by then, Hammock365 texts the person who set up the account, whether that is family or a friend. That text is free, forever. On the paid plan, $14.99 a month for the whole family, it goes to everyone in the family instead.

How the morning goes
- 1If you want to jog her memory, tap Send a nudge on your home screen. It pops up on her phone if she has the store app. On the paid plan, a parent using the browser link gets it as a text instead.
- 2She taps I'm Okay Today. It shows green on your home screen right away.
- 3If your check-in time passes with no tap, the text goes out.
- 4The I Need Help button works the same way. One press texts the same people: one contact on the free plan, everyone on the paid plan.
When the missed check-in alert comes
Call her. It might be something small: she is in the shower, or the phone is in the other room. It might not be. If she does not answer, call whoever lives closest. If nobody can reach her, ask her local police for a welfare check. If you think it is an emergency, call 911.
The same steps apply when it is Dad who forgets to check in.
Talk this through with your family before the first missed morning. The app tells you. It does not decide who goes.
If she tapped late, or you never got the text

The honest limit
Hammock365 texts your family. It does not call her, and it does not call 911. There is no call center behind it. Your family is the responder, so the text needs someone who will act on it.
