Who can see my parent's information in a check-in app?
Your family group: your parent and the people who joined with your family code. Hammock365 does not sell data, run ads, or share it with third parties, and the family pays direct. That is true on the free plan too, which includes the check-in, the missed check-in text and the emergency card, forever.

How it is kept
- Your family's data is encrypted at rest.
- Documents in the vault (paid plan) are encrypted and open only to your family group.
- Maggie works inside your family group only. She does not share your conversations with other families or third parties.
- Does a check-in app track your parent's location? Hammock365 does not. It is not a location tracker, and there is no map. The check-in is something your parent does herself, with her consent, not quiet monitoring. That is how you check on a parent without her feeling watched: she knows exactly what the family sees. Leaving
Cancelling the paid plan does not delete anything. Everything keeps working until the paid period ends. Then the family is back on the free plan: the check-in, the missed check-in text and the emergency card keep going, and paid features like the vault lock.
Deleting the account is a separate step. You can delete it from the Help Center inside the app, and personal data is removed within 30 days.
The honest limit
The emergency card is visible to whoever holds her phone, by design. Put on it what you would want a stranger helping her to know. And Hammock365 is not an emergency service. It texts family; it does not call 911.
